Smoothie
  • 3 dates soaked
  • 1 wheat biscuit
  • 1 tbsp Pure Havest Coco2 spread
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie
  • 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice alter for desired thickness
Topping
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup

  • 3 dates soaked

Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients for at least 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add coconut cream to top of smoothie, then drizzle maple syrup on top.
