Sascha shares how The Healthy Mummy is helping her stay healthy during pregnancy

Every now and then we come across something that will have a positive effect on our lives.  Hard work and determination has helped our Meal Prep Queen and Healthy Mummy, Sascha to become a better version of herself.

Meal Prep Queen Sascha Farley shares her pregnancy journey so far and some tips

She has lost 34 kgs in two years. She is pregnant with her third. This is her first pregnancy since discovering The Healthy Mummy. She has shared her amazing experience with us.

“We got told nearly five years ago that basically we were infertile and that our only option was IVF! We beat the odds using fertility drugs to fall pregnant with our son and then one and a half years of trying resulted in our daughter, naturally! Two years on after a 34kg loss with The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges, I was surprised and blessed to find out number three was in the oven! I am so excited to live through a pregnancy with The Healthy Mummy by my side. 

I get terrible morning sickness in every pregnancy. I need to eat very often to avoid being physically sick!  

It has been SO much easier this time with The Healthy Mummy having over 4000 recipes on the app to scroll through. Being able to search ingredients and know exactly what I’m having. I have still indulged, but am in the best shape I ever have been during a pregnancy!!
