These are the ladies that bring you all the information on the latest health trends, help us write our fabulous range of books, and give us the delicious recipes and exercises for our 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges.
Cheree Sheldon
Cheree Sheldon is our the main nutritionist on the Healthy Mummy team. Part of her role is being responsible for the recipes and nutritional expertise included in our Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges.
An experienced naturopath, Cheree specialises in nutritional medicine; focusing on pregnancy support, babies and children. She is a published recipe developer whose background as a chef allows her to develop healthy, nutritionally balanced meals.
Being a mum herself, she loves recipes that are easy to make and appeal to the whole family.
We are lucky to have had Cheree working with the Healthy Mummy since early 2015. She has been busy developing Healthy Mummy specific recipes and preparing the challenge meals for our monthly 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges. She calculates the nutritional information for the recipes and provides our team with expert advice and information on current nutritional issues.
Cheree loves working for The Healthy Mummy because ‘I have the chance to share my love of delicious, nutritious food with other mums’.
Wendy Smith
You probably recognise her from our 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge App exercises, but this is our INCREDIBLE Healthy Mummy personal trainer Wendy Smith.
Being a mum herself and finding herself in a similar situation as many of the mums in our community, Wendy has overcome so much and now she’s here to HELP YOU.
Wendy helps to develop the exercise programs that are a part of the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge as well as offering tips, motivation and advice to mums who are stuggling to lose weight in our blogs.

Elisha Danine
Elisha Danine is part of our Healthy Mummy team of nutritionists. She has worked on the recipes and provides nutritional expertise for our Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges.
She is a clinical nutritionist who specialises in nutrition for weight loss, insulin resistance, digestive and mental health.
With a huge amount of experience in complementary health, Elisha helps people to work through food-related issues such as diabetes and obesity, and provide assistance to combat emotional eating.
She has been part of the Healthy Mummy team of experts since 2012. She has written informative blog posts and has contributed to our recipe books and the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge recipes.
Nikki Boswell
Nikki Boswell is an experienced nutritionist and personal trainer, specialising in early years nutrition with babies and kids.
We have had Nikki on board with the Healthy Mummy team since early 2015. She has helped to develop Healthy Mummy specific recipes and prepared some of the challenge meals for our monthly 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges.
She calculates the nutritional information for the recipes and keeps the team up to date with the latest advice and information on nutrition.
Marissa Nieves
Marissa Nieves is one of the fitness experts responsible for all fitness routines and advice included in our Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges.
An experienced personal trainer with expert knowledge in fitness and nutrition, she is passionate about helping mums to exercise, stay motivated and achieve a strong and healthy body post pregnancy.
Joining our Healthy Mummy team of experts in 2014, Marissa has written many informative fitness related posts for The Healthy Mummy blog. She has been providing expert advice to the team developing Healthy Mummy specific exercises as well as helping to develop the exercises for our 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges.
Sarina Darenzo
Sarina Darenzois another member of our team of experts.
She has a Bachelor of Health Sciences, an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine, and is also a qualified chef. Sarina believes that her most important qualification is being a mother to 3 beautiful girls (aged 9, 5, and 3 months) and love helping to create delicious and nutritious recipes for our 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
