Krystal top tips for meal prepping

1. Always make sure your workspace is clean

During and after every meal you have cooked, clean and wash all your dishes. I also used a large container to place all the food scrap.

2. Get organised

While you’re waiting for the food to cook on the stove and oven. Get the next meal prepared by grabbing all the ingredients you need. If you still have more time, start chopping and grating what you’ll need for the next meal.

Krystal’s tips on saving money

Online shopping – I’ve found to be the best way to save money. You put down all the ingredients you need for your prep, that way you don’t overspend.
