Mum loses 7.6kg in JUST FIVE weeks! ‘I can have my cake and eat it, it’s just healthier’
Crystal-Joy McGuire reveals she has always struggled to lose weight and has tried many weight loss programs, but with no success, until she signed up to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
In fact, she has lost 7.6kg in just FIVE weeks!!!
“I feel like I have more energy and I feel happier, and I’m much more healthier,” she says. “I love that I can have my cake and eat it too – it’s just healthier.”

The moment Crystal-Joy realised she wanted to sign up was when she had a photo taken with her son in April.
“I was mortified that’s how I look and how everyone sees me, I was so disappointed in myself and thought that’s it I’ve got to do something,” she admits.
“I can’t do this to my son and be a mum that can’t play with him or go on rides with him or be an embarrassment to him because I’m so over weight.”
The Grafton-based mum says she didn’t overthink it and jumped on and did it and signed up to The Healthy Mummy app.
“I’ve been getting a lot of compliments from the girls at the gym. They have noticed a weight loss in me,” she says. “I’ve noticed I’m not so quick to get annoyed at things. I feel happier on the inside, I feel as though I’ve got a lot less pain and soreness.”
