Cathy Flier, 23, from Mount Gambier, SA, is a mum to a four-year-old boy. She has been following The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge for 11 months and has lost over 17 kilos.
Cathy shares, “My Healthy Mummy journey began in November 2018, not long after my son’s 3rd birthday. I went through photos from that day disgusted that I had let myself go for so long.
“A friend of mine had been on Healthy Mummy for 3 years and had lost over 50 kilos. She told me about how great and easy this lifestyle change was although my thoughts at first were like… here’s another diet I won’t stick to.
