  • 2 bananas medium
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips

Instructions
  1. Preheat an oven to 180C and line a 20cm square tin with baking paper.
  2. Mash the banana and combine with oats and peanut butter.
  3. Spread this mixture evenly in prepared tin. Sprinkle choc chips over the top and press gently into oat mixture.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until top is firm to the touch. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, remove and cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into 8 bars.
  5. One bar is one serve. Store leftover serves in an airtight container in the fridge for a couple of days.
