These sweet little chocolates taste as good as they look! With their ripe raspberry filling, you’ll be so glad you took the time to make these homemade chocolates.

At Easter time it’s easy to give in to temptation that lurks at the end of EVERY aisle at the supermarket. But if you plan ahead and make your own healthy treats at home, it makes it easier to walk on by the processed sugar-filled chocolate at the shops. Which means you’ll stay on track with your healthy eating plan.

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries

Instructions
  1. ombine cacao, coconut oil and maple syrup in a mixing bowl and stir until smooth and well combined.
  2. Place a teaspoon of chocolate into the bottom of 6 small silicone moulds or patty cases.
  3. Crumble frozen raspberries on top of the chocolate base, then spoon remaining chocolate over the raspberries to enclose.
  4. Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
  5. Can be stored in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
