5 ingredient protein packed peanut butter slice

If you want a snack that will literally BLOCK your hunger until your next meal – this is it. Packed with the goodness of peanut butter and protein powder, this slice will fill a hungry belly and it tastes fantastic.

Base
  • 3 cups organic rice puffs 150g
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter 200g
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
Topping
  • 80 grams dark chocolate 70%
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • 3 cups organic rice puffs 150g
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter 200g
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
Topping
  • 80 grams dark chocolate 70%
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions
  1. Mix all base ingredients together until combined.
  2. Pour mix into a lined slice tray and press down firmly.
  3. Place in freezer for 30 minutes or until firm.
  4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together and drizzle on top of base.
  5. Return to freezer for a further 30-40 min before slicing into 14 serves.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
