5 ingredient protein packed peanut butter slice
If you want a snack that will literally BLOCK your hunger until your next meal – this is it. Packed with the goodness of peanut butter and protein powder, this slice will fill a hungry belly and it tastes fantastic.

- 3 cups organic rice puffs 150g
- 1 cup natural peanut butter 200g
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 80 grams dark chocolate 70%
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Ingredients

- Mix all base ingredients together until combined.
- Pour mix into a lined slice tray and press down firmly.
- Place in freezer for 30 minutes or until firm.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil together and drizzle on top of base.
- Return to freezer for a further 30-40 min before slicing into 14 serves.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
