- 6 medjool dates
- 2 tbsp unsalted pistachios
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 2 tsp shredded coconut
Ingredients

- Cut dates in half lengthways and remove pits.
- Roughly chop pistachios and walnuts, and combine.
- Fill each date half with nuts. Sprinkle with coconut to serve.
- Serve 6 date halves per person.
