In this delicious smoothie , the caramel smoothie mix is paired with maple syrup, walnuts and stewed apple for a sweet and creamy drink that would make the perfect healthy breakfast when you’re taking part in the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. Like all of our smoothies, the caramel flavour contains no artificial ingredients and is free from gluten, dairy and fructose, with no added sugar.

- 250 ml skim milk or milk of choice
- 1 tbsp Healthy Mummy Caramel smoothie mix
- 1 tbsp stewed apple
- 1 tbsp walnuts
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp dessicated coconut
- 5 cubes ice
Ingredients
