Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix Vanilla
- 1 cup Almond or Coconut Milk
- 1 carrot grated
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of ginger
- 5 cubes ice

- Combine all ingredients together in a blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins
- Enjoy!
