  • 200 g unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2.5 cups wholemeal flour
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 200 g unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2.5 cups wholemeal flour
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
4 ingredient chocolate chip cookies
Instructions
  1. Melt butter and mix with sugar. Then add flour and chocolate chips, and mix until a cookie dough consistency, you may need to add some extra butter to make it come together.
  2. Roll into 16 balls and then squash with a fork. Bake on a lined tray for 10-15 minutes at 180C until golden. Allow to cool on wire rack.
