4 ingredient nut free chocolate cups
Here’s a recipe that’s so simple, yet so delicious.
Instead of grabbing a chocolate bar from the supermarket or petrol station (where they are kept inconveniently at eye level!) make these instead.
You can customise to your heart’s content, so if you prefer to add nuts go for it. If you’d rather use dried cherries or sultanas instead of cranberries, they’ll work too. See what tasty combinations you can come up with.
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- Melt chocolate using your preferred method.
- Add seeds, cranberries and coconut. Mix to combine.
- Spoon into 8 small patty cases or mini silicone moulds.
- Place in the fridge to set.
- Keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
