- 1.3 cups peanut butter
- 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Chocolate drizzle
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
- 1 tablespoon cacao
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts to decorate

Instructions
- Combine the cup ingredients (peanut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup), stirring well until combined.
- Spoon filling into small moulds or mini muffin cases.
- Place in fridge or freezer to set.
- Once set, make your chocolate drizzle by combining the coconut oil, cacao and maple syrup.
- Remove cups from the fridge/freezer, place on baking paper, drizzle with chocolate, and then top with crushed peanuts.
- Pop back in the fridge or freezer to set.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
