  • 1 cup quick oats or traditional oats 100 grams
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots chopped 80 grams
  • 1/2 cup dried apples chopped 50 grams
  • 1/2 cup dried pear chopped 50 grams
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries chopped 60 grams
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped 60 grams
  • 1/2 cup almonds chopped 60 grams
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil 60 ml
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup 62.5 ml
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds 30 grams
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 1 gram
  • 1 tsp nutmeg 1 gram

Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until blended
  2. Use a tablespoon to scoop blended mixture out of blender or food processor and roll them into balls
  3. Pop into fridge or freezer to set

209 calories per serve with 2 balls per serve

Don't worry if all the ingredients aren't fully chopped before putting them in the blender, leaving them chunky adds texture to the balls
