- 250 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp cacao or cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Coffee smoothie mix
- 1/2 tsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp Coco2 original spread
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 Italian sponge biscuit optional
- 5 cubes ice
Ingredients

- Blend all ingredients (except for half of the Coco2, the cacao and Italian sponge biscuit) together on high until well combined and frothy.
- Pour into your favourite glass or jar, drizzle over remaining Coco2, sprinkle over cacao powder and top with Italian sponge biscuit (if using).
Recipe makes 1 smoothie with 317 calories per serve.
