  • 1/2 cup nuts of choice I use cashews
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 80 g 70% dark chocolate melted
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted

  • 1/2 cup nuts of choice I use cashews
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 80 g 70% dark chocolate melted
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
Dark Chocolate, Cranberry and Nut Bites
Instructions
  1. Portion out nuts and cranberries evenly across the base of muffin mould.
  2. Mix melted chocolate and coconut oil together and spoon roughly 1 tbsp of chocolate mix in to each mould.
  3. Place in refrigerator and allow to set for 1 hour before removing from moulds.
  4. Store in air tight container for up to 2 weeks, keeping refrigerated.
