Ingredients
  • 425 grams tinned black beans salt reduced if possible
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp wholemeal self raising flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup dark choc chips

  • 425 grams tinned black beans salt reduced if possible
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup cacao
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup dark choc chips

Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the black beans well.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a food processor
  3. Pour batter into a square tin lined with baking paper
  4. Bake for 30-40 min at 200C
  5. Once cooled, cut into 9 pieces
  6. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
