Chocolate
  • 100 g cacao butter
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp of baking nativa
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
Mix-ins
  • 1/8 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/8 cup cranberries
  • 1/8 cup pistachios
  • 1 cup rice puffs

  • 100 g cacao butter

  • 1/8 cup cranberries

  • 1 cup rice puffs

Instructions
  1. Place shredded coconut, cranberries, pistachios and rice puffs in one bowl and mix lightly.
  2. Place all the white chocolate ingredients in a heat proof bowl over low heat and whisk gently until melted and cool. Once cooled place mixture in blender until it is smooth.
  3. Add the chocolate mix into the dry ingredients mix and gently stir through.
  4. Pop mixture evenly into silicone mini muffin trays or on a silicone slice tray and freeze for 30 minutes until solid.
  5. Pop out or slice apart into 12 serves
Recipe Notes

108 calories per serve

If you're unable to find cacao butter, replace with white chocolate buttons and omit the sweet ingredients from the 'chocolate' (maple syrup and natvia).
