  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups puffed rice
  • 1/2 cup sultanas
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
  1. Line a loaf pan or similar with baking paper and set aside.
  2. Mix oats, puffed rice and sultanas in a bowl.
  3. Over a low heat, soften honey, peanut butter and vanilla.
  4. Combine both mixtures and mix well.
  5. Press VERY FIRMLY into a lined tray.
  6. Pop in the freezer to set.
  7. Once set, cut into 12 pieces and enjoy straight from the freezer.
  8. Best kept stored in freezer.
