- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup rice malt syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- Mix peanut butter, rice malt syrup and vanilla until well combined.
- Fold the oats and coconut through.
- Press into 12 silicon moulds and place in the fridge to set.
- Can be stored in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
