Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp pepitas
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter or tahini for a nut free option
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
  1. Finely chop pepitas and set aside.
  2. Combine peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold through pepitas and spoon into 6 small silicone moulds.
  4. Place in the fridge or freezer to firm up.
  5. Can be stored in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
