Chocolate Weetbix Balls

Here are my Choc Weetbix Balls that I made with whatever I had left in the house. I was craving some protein balls and wizzed this up.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup sultanas
  • 1 tbsp natural crunchy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp desiccated coconut and extra for rolling
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 weetbix
  • 2 tbsp cocoa or cacao
  • 2 tbsp honey or rice malt syrup
  • Little water if needed to make it more wet

Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth like fudge.
  2. Roll into extra coconut
