Hard work and determination has helped this Healthy Mummy lose weight, change her life and her lifestyle.
Mum Jayde Victoria has lost an amazing 24 kgs going down from 108+kgs to 84kgs.
“If it were easy, everybody would do it.”
She says, “Of course it’s hard. It’s supposed to be hard. If it were easy, everybody would do it. Hard is what makes it great – A league of their own.”
Jayde says that she has worked extremely hard to get where she is. She goes on to say that she is extremely proud of herself and how far she has come. “I’ve worked hard to get to where I am and I am so proud of myself and how far I’ve come. Nothing can stop me now.”
“I love how it has changed my life. It’s a lifestyle change, not a diet. I’ve dieted in the past and hated myself every step of the way. Healthy Mummy has let me finally start to love myself.
I also love love, love the recipes. It has completely changed the way I look at food. My whole family eats The Healthy Mummy recipes. Hubby and I sit down and plan the menu and he cooks the recipes too. They are quick, simple and delicious!

Jayde says that the key is being prepared. “If we aren’t, we tend to eat bad food. But I don’t give up… The Healthy Mummy support groups keep me going! I have never felt so supported in my life.”
“One of my top tips… progress photos! I’ve been morbidly obese since I was a child. I was over 120kgs at 13. I sometimes struggle to see the difference. Taking progress photos really really helps with this as I can see all the hard work I’ve put in. Things like Transformation Tuesday motivate me so much to share my story but also seeing how far everyone else has come too. It’s such a community and I love being a part of it.”
“It feels amazing! I have endometriosis and adenomyosis. I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety since I was a child and I no longer let any of it get in the way. I’m the fittest and happiest I’ve ever been in my life!”
