Super Speedy Beef Stir Fry

There are days when we’re happy to take our time in the kitchen, dutifully putting in the time and energy to prepare, chop and cook a delicious dinner for the whole family. There are other days when we just want to skip all that and get dinner on the table STAT! Well this is one of those dinners!

This healthy and family-friendly dinner takes just 15 minutes to prepare. The Speedy Beef Stir Fry is super quick, super tasty and super healthy. Plus it’s only 245 calories!

EXERCISE OF THE DAY

Bicycle crunches

The bicycle crunch is one of the best exercises you can do for your core. The reason is, that unlike a straightforward crunch, the bicycle crunch movement uses more muscles, hitting the upper and lower abs as well as the obliques, all in one single exercise. Make it part of your daily work out!

Starting Position: Lie on your back with your head and neck relaxed and arms by your side. Bend your knees and lift your legs into the air. Pull knees toward your chest and lengthen your right leg. This is your starting position.

Execution: Pulling your belly button toward the floor, lift your left leg up toward your chest and lengthen your right leg. Switch sides by pulling your right leg toward your chest and lengthening your left leg. Breathe in and out throughout the movement. Continue with a ‘riding’ type motion alternating legs.
