Discovering The Healthy Mummy
Esther Cini says that The Healthy Mummy has taught me how to fuel my body the right way. She says that this has enabled her to exercise more. “And the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge exercises has helped me exercise the right way too.”
“Having all the recipes so easily accessible via the app too made everything so much easier. And being able to make tasty meals that are healthy made me feel like I was never depriving myself so I didn’t want to binge on bad foods.”
A day in the life of The Healthy Mummy
Esther follows The Healthy Mummy recipes. She is a 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member but she says she swaps things around and in and out. She shares what a typical day might look like.

“I feel like such a pig eating that much!” Esther says. “I really need to stop eating the kids Healthy Mummy snacks.” She says she tries to make at least one of her own snacks ‘healthier’.
Tonight Esther says she is spoiling herself. “Tonight I’m going gold class and I’ll be eating burgers, wedges and ice cream so it’s all about balance!”
There is a lot to be said for exercise
Esther Cini says that she never would’ve believed that in 14 weeks she could go from a size 18 to today buying her first pair of size 10 pants in about 20 years!
She says she has only lost 12 kgs but she has lost over 40 cms which she says is why she has dropped so many dress sizes.
“Shows how much of a difference exercise makes. Over 40cm lost which is why I’ve dropped so many sizes in clothes. I think that’s a better indicator than the scales.”
After a workout, Esther says she has The Healthy Mummy Choc-Fudge smoothie. She says, “Post workout Choc-Fudge shake…yummmm.”
