Mum loses 8kg and improves her mental health

“Before The Healthy Mummy, I was in such a bad mental state and felt like there was no way out,” says Cindy. “I needed something to focus on and get my head straight for my daughter.”
But now, this healthy mum has noticed so many other benefits to her new way of living – not just losing weight.
“I  sleep better, I’m less cranky and just feel overall better,” she admits. “Seeing my daughter want to be as involved has been the best thing, as I want to live a healthy lifestyle for her.
“I am feeling amazing pretty much all the time now and have so much more energy, and I feel proud to put on an outfit and be able to rock it.”
