How Often Should You Be Working Out?
So, how often should you actually hit the gym (or park, or yoga studio)? Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity per week. Strength training at least twice a week is also recommended. But remember, consistency is key! Even a few short workouts throughout the week can make a big difference. Listen to your body and schedule rest days to avoid burnout.
