Kristy Wain spent ONLY six hours prepping meals and now has enough for 56 dinners!
And the best bit? It only cost her $98 altogether, and all of her recipes are from the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge … AMAZING!
Kristy’s Meals Cost $1.76 Per Serve!
“This took my sister and I six hours in total – and that includes shopping, cooking and cleaning,” she tells The Healthy Mummy.
“We halved the cook, so it works out at 28 meals each and I’m hoping this will last me a good two weeks of lunch and dinners, that depends on what hubby ends up eating too. But if I were to make this batch for just myself it would work out at eight weeks of dinners – it blows my mind.
“The average cost per meal is $1.76.”

She says: “I’m VERY happy with our efforts. I’ll still be cooking meals for my hubby and four-year-old, but this bank of food will help me stay on track and keep on top of my portion control.”
