Apple and Oat Bliss Balls

- 2 apples small
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sultanas
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Ingredients

- Peel and core apples and cut into quarters.
- Using your preferred method, steam the apples until they become soft.
- Set aside to cool.
- Optional step: Over medium heat, dry roast the oats until they start to turn golden. Be sure to keep stirring to prevent them from burning. Set aside to cool.
- Blitz the sultanas, peanut butter and steamed apple until well combined then add the oats, cinnamon and chia seeds and blitz again until combined.
- Roll into 12 balls and place in the fridge to set.
- Best stored in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
