Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup pitted dates
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 50 g dark chocolate roughly chopped
  • 2 scoops Healthy Mummy chocolate or vanilla whey protein or 1 scoop HM smoothie powder

  • 3/4 cup pitted dates
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 50 g dark chocolate roughly chopped
  • 2 scoops Healthy Mummy chocolate or vanilla whey protein or 1 scoop HM smoothie powder
Caramel Chocolate Chunk Protein balls
Instructions
  1. Soak dates in water for 10 minutes.
  2. Place dates including water into food processor add oats, protein and blitz for 10 seconds until combined.
  3. Scrape down sides and add chopped chocolate, blitz on low for a few seconds until combined.
  4. Transfer mixture into bowl and place in fridge for 30 minutes to firm.
  5. Roll into 20 balls.
  6. Store in air tight container in fridge for up to 7 days.

Makes 20 serves at 80 calories per serve.
