Ingredients
  • 250 ml skim milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp Healthy Mummy Caramel smoothie mix
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp Coco2 original spread optional
  • 5 cubes ice

  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp Coco2 original spread optional

Instructions
  1. Combine milk, Healthy Mummy smoothie mix, oats and ice and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into your favourite glass or jar and top with dark chocolate chips and a drizzle of Coco2 spread.
