A delicious twist on The Healthy Mummy favourite Weetbix Slice using the popular Caramilk chocolate! Best of all there’s no baking involved.

This is one of those recipes that is ridiculously easy to prepare! Just blend up all main ingredients in a food processor and let it set in the fridge, then drizzle oozy decadent caramilk chocolate over the top and that’s it! Done!

  • 9 Weet Bix
  • 1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1 can light condensed milk 400g
  • 125 grams salted butter
  • 1 row Caramilk chocolate
Chocolate top
  • 1 block Caramilk chocolate

Instructions
  1. Place all the ‘slice’ ingredients into the food processor and blend until well combined.
  2. Place mixture into a baking tray and press mixture firmly down.
  3. Place the baking tray in the fridge to set for 15 minutes.
  4. Melt the Caramilk chocolate over the stove.
  5. Remove the slice from the fridge and drizzle the melted Caramilk chocolate on top.
  6. Return the slice to the fridge for one hour to set before slicing and serving with a hot knife.
