Here’s a tasty date-free bliss ball that will keep you full until your next meal. Sweetened with a little maple syrup and choc chips, these balls are nut free so perfect for the lunchbox too.

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp pepitas
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp pepitas
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Chocolate Maple Oat Balls - just 64 calories!
Instructions
  1. Blitz oats, pepitas and salt until slightly broken down.
  2. Add maple syrup and vanilla and blitz until mixture breaks downs further and starts to sticks together.
  3. Add chocolate chips and blitz again but only for a few seconds.
  4. Roll mixture into 8 balls and place in the fridge to firm up.
  5. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
