Ingredients
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 10 almonds chopped
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp mixed spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 20 g dark chocolate at least 70%
  • 2 tbsp hot water you may need more

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 10 almonds chopped
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp mixed spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 20 g dark chocolate at least 70%
  • 2 tbsp hot water you may need more

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients apart from the dark chocolate and water.
  2. Add the hot water one tablespoon at a time to bind it together until it’s mixed enough to be a slightly sticky mix.
  3. Press the mix into a lined slice tray.
  4. Melt the chocolate and drizzle across the top of the muesli bar mix.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours until set.
  6. Cut into 12 slices.
  7. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
