You always hear how breakfast is the most important meal of the day but as busy mums, it can be easy to forget to have breakfast or have it later than you would hope which is where this delicious smoothie creation from our community comes in.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy vanilla smoothie mix
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • ice

  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • ice

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a blend and blend until smooth
  2. Pour into glass to serve
  3. Add a sprinkle of chia seeds and drizzle of honey on top for decoration
