  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp rice malt syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup rice bubbles

Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, over low heat, combine tahini, rice malt syrup and coconut oil. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla and cacao and mix until well combined.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in Rice Bubbles.
  4. Press mixture in mini silicone moulds, patty cases or a small tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Place in the fridge to set.
  6. Keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container.
