Today Healthy Mummy community member Ash is sharing her recipe for Nutty Energy Balls, an amazingly simple and HEALTHY no-bake blitz ‘n’ ball creation.

Ingredients
- 3 weetbix
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
- Process all ingredients in a food processor, add little bits of water to combine easier if needed, making sure you scrape down the sides of the processor.
- Roll into teaspoon sized balls
- Store in fridge or freezer
