Quick And Easy Spicy Guacamole Dip

In search of a quick and easy guacamole recipe that’s perfect for afternoon tea with crackers, or to go on top of your Mexican food?

This deliciously spicy guacamole dip is loaded with flavour and good fats that will fill you up. Feel free to omit the chilli if serving up to little ones.

Spicy Guacamole DipThis guacamole can also be stirred through warm wholegrain pasta for use as a creamy sauce.

  • 1 ripe avocado mashed
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • 2 large mint leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 red chilli deseeded and finely diced (optional)
  • 1 lime juiced

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
