  • 2 cups chopped roast or grilled chicken 600g
  • 1 red capsicum sliced
  • 4 spring onions sliced
  • 1/4 bunch of coriander roughly chopped
  • 1/2 wombok cabbage sliced
  • 2 carrots grated or sliced
  • 4 sticks of celery sliced
  • 1/4 cup Thai sweet chilli sauce

  2. Place all ingredients into a large bowl and toss until combined
