- 1/2 cup raisins or sultanas
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Ingredients

- Soak raisins in boiling water for 5 minutes then drain.
- Blitz raisins into a paste in food processor.
- Add all remaining ingredients and blitz until combined and smooth.
- Add a little more water if needed to reach the desired consistency.
- Roll into 6 balls and set and place in the fridge to set.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.
