Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup raisins or sultanas
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup raisins or sultanas
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Coconut & Raisin Bliss Balls
Instructions
  1. Soak raisins in boiling water for 5 minutes then drain.
  2. Blitz raisins into a paste in food processor.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients and blitz until combined and smooth.
  4. Add a little more water if needed to reach the desired consistency.
  5. Roll into 6 balls and set and place in the fridge to set.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.
