Sascha Farley has lost 30kg since she joined the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. Not only has her health improved but her confidence blossomed and she’s feeling better than ever.
So how did the beautiful mum-of-four lose the weight? She shares her week on a plate below…

“Weekends are unpredictable for us, I generally stay on track but we get take away 1-2 nights and I’m not as consistent so here’s a delicious Monday – Friday using the healthy mummy app and smoothies,” she says.
“I’ve shown all my exciting snacks and listed anything extra like a piece of fruit, yogurt or cheese and crackers! Smoothies are a must for me most mornings, I also love my 5 minute pancakes recipe.”
While the repetition in Sascha’s week keeps things easy, quick and budget friendly there is still enough variety to keep it exciting.
“I am not missing out on treats either that’s for sure,” she says. “It’s easy to think a healthy change is going to be tedious or boring but the healthy mummy app makes it anything but that!!
“Losing over 30kgs in 9 months eating this way has seen me never look back and 5 years on we are still loving it as a family!”
