“I have lost over 40kg* using the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and I love how I can customise the meal plans to suit our family and our budget! My whole family eat the challenge meals- four kids, hubby and myself,” says Eleanor.
“This week, due to some unforeseen bills, our family of six had a super small budget of $100 for a week of shopping. So I used the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge meal planner to plan around what we had in the cupboard, fridge and freezer and see what I could get for $100.
“The shopping came to $105.35 and over the weekend with the four kids we got busy!”
