This recipe is simply made up of the basics including flour, egg, milk, spinach, corn, ham and cheese. Easily swapped for whatever ingredients you have on hand like your milk, cheese and flour of choice and frozen veggies or bacon. Or just leave out anything you can’t replace. Get the recipe HERE.
So long as you have eggs, cheese, and some veggies in the house you’ve got a meal with this simple frittata.
You can substitute ½ a cup of any veggies you like for the spinach. You could try ½ a cup of chopped broccoli, mushrooms, red capsicum or even delicious chunks of fresh asparagus.

One-pot beef stroganoff
This ONE POT recipe for the classic beef stroganoff is perfect. We’ve made some tweaks to the traditional recipe to give it the same great taste with some better-for-you ingredients.
