  • 250 ml skim milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp Healthy Mummy Caramel smoothie mix
  • 2 tbsp almond meal
  • 1 tsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp unsalted crushed peanuts
  • 1 tsp walnuts
  • 5 cubes ice

Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together on high till frothy and well combined.
