Ingredients
- 140 g sugar free marshmallows
- 100 g popped popcorn
- 2 tablespoons granulated peanuts
- 80 ml coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon light margarine or butter optional
- 50 g chocolate of choice

Instructions
- Combine popcorn and peanuts in a bowl and set aside
- Add marshmallows, butter and coconut cream to a saucepan and stir until it forms a combined liquid
- Pour liquid mix over popcorn and stir to coat all of the popcorn
- Line a tray/baking dish with baking paper and press all of the popcorn mix firmly into the dish
- Melt chocolate and drizzle over top
- Set in fridge for 30 minutes before cutting into bars
