Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup dates soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix raspberry ripple flavour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cacao

  • 3/4 cup dates soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix raspberry ripple flavour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cacao

Instructions
  1. Blitz dry ingredients first until oats are broken down and it’s all well combined.
  2. Add the drained dates, coconut oil and vanilla extract and blitz again until all combined. Add a little water, if needed, to bring the mixture together.
  3. Roll into 15 balls and place in the fridge to chill.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
