- Cooking spray
- 1 slice wholemeal bread, diced
- 1 tbsp tomato passata
- 1/2 tsp diced Italian herbs
- 50 grams lean ham
- 20 grams reduced fat tasty cheese, grated
- Spray mug or microwave safe bowl with cooking spray.
- Place bread, passata, herbs, half the ham and half the cheese into the mug and stir well, then press down slightly.
- Top with remaining ham and cheese and microwave for 90sec in 30 second increments to heat through, melting the cheese.
This recipe makes 1 serving at 235 calories per serve.
