  • 1/2 cup dried, pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions
  1. Soak dates in boiling water for 30 minutes, then drain.
  2. Place dates in a blender or food processor with all other ingredients and pulse. Scrape down sides of the blender a few times in between pulsing to ensure all ingredients are mixed well.
  3. Roll mixture into 16 balls
  4. If not serving immediately, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
