- 1/2 cup dried, pitted dates
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Ingredients

- Soak dates in boiling water for 30 minutes, then drain.
- Place dates in a blender or food processor with all other ingredients and pulse. Scrape down sides of the blender a few times in between pulsing to ensure all ingredients are mixed well.
- Roll mixture into 16 balls
- If not serving immediately, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
Recipe makes 8 serves (2 balls per serve) with 131 calories per serve.
